Auto locking threads! (Solved: Necroposter Warning Added)

Feature: on redstoner.com threads automatically lock if thread is inactive for 10 days. Settng is toggleable during setup of forum, and still may be force locked by helper+ or whatever it currently is.

Why i’d like this feature: so there will be no more accusations of necroposting.
