Fixed 4x4 Floor elevator with Level select

After about a week of constant tinkering, berating and dico giving me an entirely different method to compact it, it is done! 4x4 Fixed floor Elevator with Level selection (needs a better name, I’m all ears :))

I’ll do a tutorial soon, because it will take a long time (and need to pester an admin to get me a new schematic as my current one is outdated)
