Visual Studio

Hi, recently I downloaded Visual Studio 2013 to program in vb.net (I already knew this langage) but the free trial ended and I can’t use the software anymore. Because it costs more than 700 € for the cheaper version, and I don’t want buy it because I only do programming for fun, is there a way to unlock it without cracks (I don’t like dat :P) or is there another software which is good to make GUIs easely like in Visual Studio ?
