I was thinking. On important threads (Blaming, Appeals ETC) we could make it so instead of people not using the guidelines, it is impossible not to.

Example:

When you create a new thread it automatically has the format there and you can only type in Code blocks.

If location is relevant, post a list of locations including the World name and x/y/z coordinations

Time

Time(span) of the incident. The date and time MUST be given in UTC time and MUST follow the 24h format YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM.

Did any grief occur? If so, where?
