So a couple months ago, I discovered that Google Maps/Earth recognize a “town” named “unknown” in the Swiss Alps, a short hike from the Swiss-Italian border. Just now I decided to go into ground-level view and start hiking :) I shot a couple photos:

And… It’s a spot of yellow grass?

That was what I was hiking for. Guess what happened next? facepalm

Cool cool.

Also, apparently the closest distance between the US and Cuba which I have found is between Mooney Harbor, Mooney Harbor Key, Marquesas Keys, FL, USA and the east side of an inlet near Ensenada los Roncos, in the waters off of Cuba. Pictures:
