I think it would be easy If there was a plugin that when you put hopper or dropper (doesnt matter) it puts a one block.

When you place dropper it places with one block within it
I dont think it’s that useful because you need unstackable items to output a stronger signal, sorry but I say no.

also not helpful since most of time if you place a dropper and a hopper which often go together you only want one item
You could make something like the /autoflipslab plugin except like /autodropperfill or /autohopperfill and it will only detect monostable setups. Maybe even have a /togglehopperstrength or something alike.
