Redstoner - /rename and-or /enchant

Make sure /enchant can do any enchant on any item. And make sure knockback and punch levels cant exceed vanilla

+1 as long as the mods+ still have total freedom with it as they do now.

+1 Begone, anvils with character limit! Also how about adding like a little perms for color and formatting of the name and lore?

Pretty easy to code and quite some positive input so far. Even tho it’s 5 months old: Why not? Colors should be fine on items, name length would be 20 chars or sth and with enchanting I’d allow any in survival possible combination with a permission node to go around the limits and add “unsafe” enchantments? :)

@FullyStealth ummm… no. PEX is a permissions plugin. They either have to use a command FROM PEX to give permissions for people to /enchant, or edit a plugin that prevents you from doing that. I am not entirely sure which.

But shiny stuff… Along with that, I am making custom loot for a ‘map’ (Inside of the server), and I am using custom loot. I would really like a neasier way to get non-survival enchants, because /i uses numbers, whereas /enchant the actual name of the enchant. +1 from me

Since when can you put knockback 15 on shears with an anvil and give them a red name? Which update did I miss?

Actually yes you can @barrygold21 Thats how I got a silk touch and fortune at the same time on a pickaxe.

@barrygold21 No, they had perfect reason to point it out. Enchantments and custom enchantments are different (it doesn’t take a genius to work that out) and it wasn’t clear that you meant the latter :P
