He greifed severely, and it has been a lot less than 2 years since his ban, and an appeal of him has been turned down multiple times.

Even if it was 2 years, he griefed, which is a pretty serious thing.

So this guy is a griefer, a spammer AND worst of all a Dico fanboy!!! Appeal denied. Closed and Locked :)
