Time is off by an hour

I didn’t use the format because it didn’t really suit this bug.

I replied to a thread and it said above that replied that I posted it ‘an hour ago’ I’m not sure if this is a global issue on the website or just something to do with my Computer Time or the Timezone I am currently in.

Also another bug I noticed while making this Bug report is that if you write a really long post while scrolling down the text before posting the ‘Preview’ button overlaps the text.
