The /i command is:

/i potion:16384 1 {CustomPotionEffects:[{Id:14,Amplifier:999999,Duration:999999}]}

It is a splash potion, so it also can affect others.

EDIT: the Amplifier can be any level, from 0 to any level. The Duration also does not need to be high/infinite.

We are aware of the potions accessible through /v already. Invisibility is not harmful though, and is allowed to be used on one self.
