last time. User: MoMO_And_Venus , this guy who got banned because his account got hacked. The hacker trying to art him and ban another player. MoMoANdVenus know this happen. he said “ban this account. my account got hacked. later unban me” . Now the hacker got banned as well. he want to get unban now. (there are not more details sorry guys)

just want to point out a few things.

  1. you didn’t follow the format guideline. at all.
  2. we probably wont unban him with this tinyyy amount of information. we simply need more information to make a just call.
  3. The guidelines for appeals says “Additionally, if anyone else was using your account (siblings, your dog, a hacker, …) that is YOUR problem. You are responsible for your account and need to take care of it.” so really this guy should have made his account secure. his problem with the hacker.
  4. Your wording is SUPER confusing like “hacker was trying to art him” like what. maybe edit all that because it’s hard to tell what happened.
  5. why’d you say the guy’s name is momovenus when the title of the appeal is momopvo ?
  6. are you saying since his account was hacked he asked to get it banned so the hacker couldn’t use his account on redstoner?
  7. until we get more information we can’t make a solid call I’m afraid.
