Villager breeding in SV by other custom means

Because mobGriefing is false (so villagers can’t pick up items), breeding villagers (you need to get them willing first) is difficult, with the only option being trade. I suggest that some ritual/offering could be performed/given (respectively) that will make a villager’s Willing NBT tag be true.

If this feature is implemented, we can breed villagers with much more ease, with mobGreifing still being off. Unless mobGriefing is true (also having creeper explosions disabled), I will regard this as a valid request.

In addition, the feature could alternatively just allow villagers to pick up items, with mobGreifing still being false.
