[EXPLOITABLE]: WorldEdit: /up, In other peoples Plots

Command: /up

How to reproduce: Login as any player that has builder and go into someone elses plot or on the road and type in the chat “/up 1” then do “/up 1” again. A Glass block will be placed in an other persons plot

What this does: Lets you fill the road and other peoples plots with glass

Simple Fix: Stop builder from using /up <- PLEASE DONT

How I found this out: I was going to do a worldedit job for someone. I went on there plot and typed /up 50. It didn’t work so i tried again and it placed a glass. Then the player I was doing the worldedit job for said he added me(after I had done /up 50) Then i did the job.
