random instant update

Hello, I would like to report this bug:

it is a vanilla bug, and they fixed it in the 1.8 snapshots. but the reason I’m still reporting it here, is because this is really, really annoying nasty bug: torches take one tick to update. this bug will make it, at random, go instant. the same thing with buttons, pressure plates, detector rails.

this can be really, really annoying if timing is important. (doors, advanced clocks will break at random) (at random ffs how much worse can it get) and since every single torch is subject to this bug I think this affects just about anyone.

another reason why I’m reporting it, is because it is not that hard to fix (panda4994 on youtube has already written a fix for it). so hereby I request a temporary fix untill 1.8 comes around.
