Help me find stuff about some browser addon.

Off topicOther → Help me find stuff about some browser addon.

It’s some web addon that I accidentally installed. Here’s what I know so far:

  1. It’s annoying as fuck.
  2. It removes any chrome themes (those ones you can find on the chrome web doohickey).
  3. If you sign into things like twitter on it, it needs to be able to tweet things without permission.
  4. It doesn’t tell me anything it wants for facebook, but I don’t use that anyway. C:
  5. Adding a theme seems to get rid of the stupid widget thing, but I think it’s still there on my computer.
  6. It’s practically malware. My antivirus (kaspersky) picks it up but it doesn’t seem to be able to do anything about Wajam.

This is what I’ve found from a bit of research and own experience, I’d appreciate it if anyone knows more about it and is willing to spend time helping me. <3

Use other AntiVirus to scan your computer.

Please provide a full scan report from malwarebytes, you can download it for free. When you give me the scan report I can look for into it and maybe help you.

Is it an app or extension from the chrome web store? If it is, I think I might be able to help.
