Better join messages

The feature I want: Well, if the join messages are provided by essentials, I think this is better idea:

‘custom-join-message: “&a+ {PLAYER}”

You can set a custom quit message here, set to “none” to disable. You may use color codes, use {USERNAME} the player’s name or {PLAYER} for the player’s displayname. custom-quit-message: “&c- {PLAYER}"’

Instead of:

‘custom-join-message: “&a+ &7{USERNAME}”

Why do I think it’s a good idea?

I think it’s a good idea because it can show off the position/rank/role of a player when he/she joins the server.
