Recent Posts

I want the main forums page to have a recent posts section from all categories at the top of the category list. I also want replies to bring threads to the top.

This will be helpful to promote popular threads, and it will also be very helpful to new and useful threads to get some replies and activity. The recent posts list could be only about 15 threads long, with a scroll bar.
