Lookie Dookie Hoppers (read desc)

What i want So as you guys might know, theres the bug where you can take an item out from a dropper in another plot ur not added in.

So now i think we should take a bit of advantage of this, if its possible we can make that so peoples can look into the dropper but cant take the item inside it

Why? Because it usually is a good thing so peoples with curiousity can learn redstone a bit more efficient and to satisfy the curious peoples

On the other hand, this will prevent you from having barriers to guard your oh so important hopper dropper shit shat and this will prevent peoples from breaking complex doors
