A world for everyone :D

I’d like if there was a world you can create so you can have a private building world and you can set it to public then invite friends to your world and add them as a rank. Custom commands and tabs to edit the world i.e. Options directed to ranks like guest have a few options member have more options and builder and upwards have W/E and a few more commands then trusted, moderator, MIT, developer and Admin have more options to choose from.
