Put a cooldown on /suicide

The idea is very simple. Just put a timer on how much you can do /suicide. I’m thinking at least 60 seconds.

Reason why: you can easily spam the chat by killing yourself several times.

If you spam the chat you will get banned anyway. Also, I’ve never seen it happen ever before. There’s no point in doing it. -1

@minecraftguyX2 well if there are no mods on to ban these people it’s useful to have this timeout.
