Option to allow the use of minecarts for other players

What feature do you want: I would like to have feature that you can enable the use of minecarts by other players on your plot.

Why do you think its a good idea: I think this is a good idea, because i got a huge rollarcoaster that no-one can use. If they want to use it, i have to add them to my plot! which i do not like

-1 Can’t you already do this… Plus even if this was implemented there would be a problem - which no-one gas fixed - about minecarts getting broken

Sorry to say this again but I’m not gonna decompile plotme ever again. Last time it took me hours to fix the amount of shit the decompiler produced and fixing the actual bug. Now that I lost my decompiled version that was ready to code with I’m probably not gonna do it again. If anyone provides me with an error free decompiled version of the plotme.jar we are using on the server then I’ll implement it ASAP. But not if I gotta decompile myself…
