Wierdness

So I log onto the server today with Blindness xx:xx , I can’t move and no-one can hear me say anything in ingame chat, I love the server, infact im on it for atleast 1:30hrs a day but i cannot move or play at all. Also i cannot get anything out of the creative inventory so i can’t drink milk to remove the effect :(

Potions + lag? My first guess… Did minecraft freeze?
