Command Alias
Redstoner → Feature requests → Command Alias
ACCEPTED
What feature do you want: /cmda add /lol /lmao : sets /lol to /lmao (Still being able to use /lol)
Why do you think its a good idea: Because I’m sick of the separate alias requests which would probably take even longer to make. Next to that it’s cool to have /t as /msg or /wa for //wand (All you can just imagine)
Please do not just say +1 or -1 but say why you ike it or not.
-1 ^^stop ^^being ^^fucking ^^lazy
+1 When alias came out, my first thing I tried was a command, it failed. I wouldn’t use this for stuff like you said, but instead, long somewhat hard to rember commands.
+1. This Will Be Good. It Will Allow People To Use A Variety Of Funny Commands To Do Stuff the can already do. It Would Be awesome for commands. :D
+1 People will love this. Sometimes i do /baq and it sadly says Unknown command. Use /help, /pluginsor ask a mod… 3sad5meh.. but with CommandAliases i can do that O.o
Already WIP although in a different way than you would expect it.
In what way then?
In an even more powerful way than what you could think of :P
I don’t support this idea. The dev team shapes the command map (what commands do what) and a player should not be able to interfere with that (for themselves).
Get a macro mod if you really want to make things easier for yourselves, or you want to add /lmao because uhm why?
Dico lolol, this is what you said when I suggested it:
Coolski. If you need me I’m somewhere out there.
Any particularreason you suddenly changed your mind?
That’s what I do. I think logically and create an opinion. One’s opinion is expected to change rather quickly at the age of 17 and that’s a part of growing up. I didn’t think of this when I said that :)
Just asking because if you had a logical reason then I vould try to convince you of the opposite. But I don’t see how I’d counter “growing up” as an argument :)
I didn’t quite give you a reason for my opinion to change to this particularly. If you disagree with this view, feel free to argue why. I’m sure there are ways to work around the commands that we already have. @Pepich1851
-1 dico’s reasons and there is much more useful features you could be implementing
