For stuff like developer, retired mod, head mod, why don’t you just make a separate thing, like donator, just Skinner.
Look at your name see the donator symbol, that’s what I meant.
As far as I can tell, the reason is permissions. The dev rank/mit rank both come with different perms from the rank the originate from. Mit has less than mod, dev has more than member. Therefor they are seperate ranks. Donor however goves you no additional perms and therefor doesn’t need their own rank :)
