Rule 24 / Anti-crashblock

What feature do you want: A new rule that forbids spreading crashblocks. Or a feature to not get this item (Psrcek knows what item.).

Why do you think its a good idea: No crashblocks do not harm the server, but I think this applies to the potion rule:

Do not create, share, possess, or use potions that can kill players (in creative) or can cause players to crash. Unreasonably high speed potions are also banned.

Next to that some people with this item can not join the server and staff needs to clear inventories.
