Writed signs

Well, the guidelines don’t like quotes, but in this case, I think they’re needed, " “Writed sign”- 3daniel 2016 " (yes, I did this XD). On the other hand, the guidelines do like /lol’s that are “related to the Redstoner community” (from the guidelines). so maybe it should be only " “Writed sign” “. I don’t know. that’s your decision (staff’s I guess). Waiting to see what will happen with this /lol.
