Not sure if this was suggested or not yet (not from what I could see at least) But I and probably many other people don’t check their emails all too often anymore, and it would be nice if a button was implemented to show new activity on stuff across the site, (mentions, activity on posts you are subscribed to, etc.) the idea would be pretty much the same as the notifications button on youtube.

Could add in-game notifications :P

Also I prefer checking the forums insted of my mails ;p

Where? All I see is your email notification on/off thread, and that’s not even close to what I’m suggesting.

I assume what you’re going for here is a lit up thread header to draw attention when a board or thread has been updated since the last time you logged in. Either that or you’re looking for a dashboard for the site, to show when do the same thing the automatic email notifications do + a little extra, just without the email part.
