Can't reach the server (redstoner is taking too long to respond)

I know this might be not the right section… Im writing this pn a tab since its the only way because my laptop or handphone will not let me go to Redstoner.com with the reason: Can’t reach the server (redstoner is taking too long to respond)

Its not just the website, but also the server itself, when i try to connect to redstpner, itll say spmeting like JavaConnection: Connection reset or some shit, it doesnt let me log to redstoner, MDP and Pep tried helping me through skype but it wont work, also i have npt tried minechat but i rhink i could login through minechat, anyways if any admins/dev/coders could help me, that would be amazing! If this is important, Im using Windows7
