Banned or Server Down?

I tried logging into redstoner today and keep getting this error java.net.ConnectExecption: Connection refused: no further information: is the server down or was I banned, if I was banned can I have a response why?

I can’t login too.

Server is down, Admins are offline. Just wait until the server comes online again they have been informed ==solved==
