What I have done wrong

After someone posted a “meme” or joke link on the server, I decided for myself it would be a good idea to add a “meme” porn site, that site being .com/xdlmao (I discluded the actual site on the off chance that that is a problem.) As a result, I was banned for a week

Why I should be unbanned / re-promoted

I do realize my mistake with thinking putting porn as a joke was automatically OK. However, there are two reasons I think I should be unbanned for this. The first reason is that, although it was a mistake to think that a fake porn link would count as a joke, it was just meant as a joke and not as an attempt to actually get one to watch porn. The second reason is that, while it is clearly a rule break, I did expect from a jokingly linked porn site to result in a warningless temporary ban (even considering that I am trusted rank). A mute or ban for 1 day might make sense (at least to me), but not a week. As a result (along with considering in the “1 day” thing that I have already been banned for a day), I think I should be unbanned.
