So i know i made this part on my own cuz why not.

so not to long ago kappa said to me: If u can find anything on 1 of my plots including syn he would give me 50 euro’s… aka free money So today i talked with him and asked for the 50 euro`s because i found something i dont actually want the money i wanted to prove a fucking point

so he said to me: No this isnt copied this is what im editing for inno

I told him: Yeah but its still copied but i went with it and looked on syn and told him to get on synergy

so shortly after that i found some stuff that was copied go on syn and u can prove it for urself so after finding some stuff he kept saying: I gave credit so its not copied

Like wtf its copied whatever u do… the only way its non copied is if u just like… not copy. then i got bit mad at him… mightve yelled ;)

so after some yelling he instantly started saying: i have problems. mental issues. like what does copying stuff and mental issues really have to do together? How is this meant to be a blame? The only thing thats going on is you guys trying to annoy the hell out of each other, and since it doesn’t affect anyone else in this community nor does it break ANY rules (unless it’s common sense) I don’t think either of you should be punished for this…

Yes it is what it’s about, that comment didn’t come from nothing it came from an argument which had its roots in whether or not he copied those builds. Yes he literally copied then onto his plot, but he put signs crediting the owners. So he’s no longer copying them but showcasing them. Unless he’s taking credit for them he’s not copying them.

Is winning that stupid bet worth this?

So let’s get started on this ._.

First thing I want to note is line 43: Nemes • → kids…

Apparently, there was staff online at the time (Nemes) that actually did take part in what was happening, yet decided that there was no need for a punishment.

Now, let’s get through this in order… Lines 26, 33, 39, 40, 41. The order is important here. Let’s look at who started this:

Line 26: ==BurgerLover1== → fucking get a braincell then talk to some1

To me, this looks like you started the insulting, not Kappa. Then him, then you again. Kappa finished, then Nemes said something and you two shut up. YOU initiated the rule breaking, not him. He just responded to it.

Then last but not least: Lines 44, 50, 51.

Line 44: BurgerLover1 → i can report him rn ;)

Seems like you deliberately tried to get him to that point. You initiated the insulting, and after you got him to a point where he breaks a rule you are happy and go full STAB HIM IN THE BACK mode.

Given the above reasons, it’d be more fair to punish YOU rather than kappa. Kappa overreacted, but you initiated it and then were happy when you got him mad enough to break a rule - ignoring that you started with that.
