Rules info page in multiple languages

If the rules page was available in multiple languages, it would just make the staff job easier as it can sometimes be difficult to deal with people who don’t speak english.

I think the languages that should be done first are french and chinese.

The reason it was decided not to translate the rules is that the server is an English one, and having multilingual rules would make visitors think that we are lenient with non-english in chat/on the forums.

It totally doesn’t say in the translated rules that it’s english only
