What this forum is here for

This forum now takes care of all the old bug reports that have either been found wrong or have been resolved, so that the actual bug reports forum is not as cluttered anymore. It will hopefully increase our efficiency while still keeping a record of what has happened in the past. Also, this allows us to release exploitable bugs to the public after we have fixed them.
