I was thinking the other day about how a retired user has 0 extra permissions over a regular trusted user (afaik). These are people that have been very generous to donated many hours of their time, brainpower, energy and more to Redstoner.

In return, they currently get an orange dot… Wow, such gratitude, much thanks…

I’m not porpoising that they receive large amounts of extra commands. Just a few simple harmless ones, that would benefit both them, and the community in-game.

Here is a poll for y’all to post your votes on, only if you are Trusted+. Just put in your in-game name, and then click the hearts for the ones you agree with that they should have access to.

Feel free to post 1 New Suggestion only if you are Trusted+. (has to be reasonable obviously)

Before you go all “how do we know that if we give them these, they wont abuse them”… Remember, these are not only trusted people we are talking about, but people who have had access to these commands, and knew how and when to correctly use them. Otherwise, they wouldn’t be retired…

Retired should not be able to disable clocks. That’s for mods… however they found it in the first place… without rcd.

Hi, no /mute or /kick. Neither of those are reliable forms of punishment.

I really don’t think giving them access to any forms of punishment is a great idea. Just an opinion.

Let the outcome of the vote be whatever it wants to be, I’ll most certainly veto all perms that give them anything but personal advantages. Also, some of those things are already granted to them (due to tr rank)…?

Punishment perms or even build anywhere are considerably bad permissions I think, as even though they once knew how to use them, out punishment policies probably have changed since then and they’re not as up to date on “troublemakers” as staff members are (or as they should be).

AC, just no. Often enough there’s things being discussed in AC that noone should know of, and I know of a few people who would definitly give away information that’s not meant for the public.

Those were the most important things I actually wanted to address, the rest I’m just gonna not really care about I guess…

When people say nickname I think they mean the command.

Lmao, I knew someone was going to say that. Thinking about retiring brought this to my mind, but it’s not like I’m doing this for myself.

And @Pepich1851, this is just to see a rough estimate about what they want / think they need. We will discuss them later on.

Giving them more plots is stupid, because as a staff they can do that and keep their plot.
