Limited Logblock

What feature do you want:

Limited logblock for builder+, only allowing /lb tool and nothing else. This is because certain logblock commands (that I happen to know) can potentially lag the server, and in worst case crash it.

Why do you think its a good idea:

It’s really annoying since loads of users on the server have to wait for moderators to come on, and sometimes moderators do not like being poked^(you know who you are.) Also, it’s only one permission command change to add to the builder rank, since every rank above that inherits from it.
