Opening storage on other peoples plots

apparently, you can open other peoples hoppers and droppers, as well as trapped chests and dispensers. this makes it so you can easily ruin hopper clocks on other peoples plots. i think it would be very frustrating, because some of the things that i see on other peoples plots use hoppers, and are very complicated. i think this would be very frustrating for people who spend a long time on something, just to have it ruined. thank you for taking this into account. sincerely, -Mrmcfeffers
