Too-long title causes 500 error

What I expected: A flash message saying the title was too long, and a redirect back to the edit page

What actually happened: A jomo (or yummy) malfunction, AKA error 500

Reproducing the bug: Please do not reproduce the bug. I don’t want a bunch of unneeded threads with long titles. For this reason, I made one here. This has exactly the max number of characters for a title. Any staff can feel free to make the title at least one longer to see the error.
