is it better for a door to diffrent opening speeds depending on how many times u opened it, or have one that has a slower opening, BUT the first option is faster then the second but it changes speeds, both of thos speeds are faster then the second awnser

So you’re saying you have two doors: Door 1 has two or more different speeds which it alternates between, but is faster, Door 2 has a set speed which doesn’t change, but is slower, and you’re asking which one is better?

Well, first of all, I have no idea how you would make a door such that it has two speeds, but I would say the first one is better unless it’s too smack-in-the-face obvious that it has different speeds.
