if the earth didn’t turn, that means the same face of the earth is always lit up by the sun, and there wouldn’t be any seasons nor days to speak of. A planet that keeps a static rotation relative to the solar system would be… very uncommon.

That’s what I did originally @LogalDeveloper. Reopened it because people wanted to give it more time, but yeah. Ultimately, good call.
