"Who's Playing?" Page shows default title

What I expected: On the Who’s Playing? page, the title (what you see in the browser tab) should be “Who’s Playing? - Redstoner”, like how the News page is “News - Redstoner.”

What actually happened: It only says “Redstoner”

Additional details: I have looked at the code, and I don’t see any issues. I even ran it in development and it appeared as it should. This will probably be fixed by a restart.
