new feature request: co-own plots

What feature do you want: to co-own plots

Why do you think its a good idea: It would really help if you and someone else are making a redstone museum (such as @gamepatrol502 and @edtulane) if the plot owner could choose someone who also could add, remove, deny, or undeny people from there. The person would need to be added first though.
