Dropper bug?

I was on some random plot and I went to hit the lever of a 5x5 and I missed. so I opened up a dropper, then I realized.. You can take items out of droppers in other plots!!!! That could be a big problem. (I’m not sure if this has already been mentioned but I got kinda worried because a lot of my builds use dropper monistables

Yes most people know this is a problem, but I don’t know if it can be fixed…
