Spamming in chat, generally being annoying and disruptive

Well a few people pointed out that he was spamming, as a warning, but I don’t think he understands the concequences, he just spams whenever he wants. (If it’s of any relevance, he was recently banned on Syn for exactly the same reason after several warnings)
