Can't Join. Probably stuck in an End Portal.

Hello, I was exploring /cr then I got stuck in an End Portal, I wasn’t able to escape and my game crashed. I have not been able to log into the server since the crash, and if I hover my cursor over the server on the Minecraft’s multiplayer menu it shows that I’m online, but I’m not -> https://i.imgur.com/1Yk3Er7.png Could an Admin/Mod help me, please?.
