Trident disappeared for the third time

What did you expect? I expected to have my new full enchanted and custom named in my hand.
What actually happened? When I relogged my trident disappear of my hand
Do you see any sort of error message? No.
Quick note
This is the third time that it disappear and it’s annoying me to farm a new one and after that I also need to farm emeralds to get mending, unbreaking III and channeling.
If I can have one back, it would be very nice. between
and if you don’t trust me, you can check the logs, I did /name &9&lAurige's&f™ &bSea Trident and /lore &3&lImpales &1everything &e✯ between 5:00PM and 7:00PM frecnh hour yesterday.
And you can also check my inventory between yeterday and today
The logs just prove that you had a trident, not the enchants you had on it……
Unless this is a problem we can avoid by changing config or something else I vote to not give it back
So change the logs in the way that you can see enchants on items.
And the trident that I had was fully enchanted, you can ask @_Wolfy and @SteelJim .I farmed one for them both and me the 1st Febuary and enchanted them all (it was a surprise for them).
I know that it might happen, that isn’t the thing, but you can’t prove that it was enchants on it and we can’t find out. We can’t just take your word for it, and there is a bunch of ways to cheat “the system” if we just trust you.
We have a similar issue with enderchest and it is a reason we have the warning when you join sv/tsv, because there is no way for us, at least at this time, to prove or find proof that you had the items you say you had.
So we will not give you the items.
@Aur1ge_, please read carefully what Futsy is saying. He can’t give you a trident (with or without enchants), unless you have evidence that used to exist and now doesn’t. You’ve been told this several times by several people but you don’t seem to really get it. Staff is trying to figure out what could cause a bug like this, and how it would be fixable. However, that always takes time and staff have their own lives to deal with too. Please just be patient and wait until we get an update on the situation rather than constantly asking the same questions.
Also, it would be nice if you could send everything in 1 message rather than filling this thread with unnecesary replies, same to you @SteelJim.
