/swearon and /swearoff for censoring swear words

Some people might not want swear words to be shown in chat, that includes me. I think it would be nice to have /swearon to enable the blurring of swear words using &k. /swearoff will disable it.

Would it kill people to check the Archive to see if stuff has been requested, before requesting themselves. We do have a search feature. this shows that it has been requested at least 2 times (and if you look into some threads at least 3 or 4).
