IRC help

Hi, today I was wondering about getting IRC, yet I couldn’t find the download, can anyone help?

IRC is actually a very nice tool, although I would stay away from it unless you are more advanced in computer stuff as it’s not really the easiest thing to set up (and its a bit harder if you want a client.
