I’m not sure if the server is down or I am banned. When I try to connect to the server, it says “Error: Connection Refused.” I know I haven’t done anything to get myself banned, so it would be nice to know whether or not I’m actually banned, and if so, what for. Thank you.

No, you arent ;) The server is down. If you get banned, it will say something like: The ban hammer has spoken.

This isn’t a ban issue, it’s just the server acting up don’t worry.
