/Damnspam modification

What:

All I want for this is a new item to be commanded: a powered lever. I want the powered and unpowered levels to be able to have different damnspam times. I don’t know if anything can make this possible, but if so I would like to see it happen.

Why:

Some builds (Take for instance the 8x8 on abh037’s second plot) have relatively quick closing and really long openings. This would help so for really slow openers I don’t have to wait two minutes for the damnspam to end.
