are you sure that is all correct? My friend thought that he could trust his brother and he got banned from mineplex because he gave his brother the credentials.

Additionally, if anyone else was using your account (siblings, your dog, a hacker, …) that is YOUR problem. You are responsible for your account and need to take care of it. Please note that there is the command /register <password> to protect your account, make use of it before you’re banned!

Shouldn’t he be writing this and not you then? Not to be rude but, it honestly should be your brothers appeal.

We generally do not ban people for no reason at all. When we can sort out the ban reason with the staff, we can make a decision.
